At Sparkling Owl Designs, supplies and availability change rapidly and we take mostly custom orders; as such, we have no "cart" and have chosen to use a system for payment that involves direct customer communication. This helps to ensure that we get your order exactly the way you want it!


  • Contact me using the contact form or at sparklingowldesigns@gmail.com, indicating 1) Your Paypal email and 2) Any pieces in which you are interested, including requests for custom colors, designs, and orders. 
  • I will respond within 24 hours to either clarify your purchasing needs, answer any questions, or with a Paypal invoice.
  • Payment is expected within 2 days (48 hours) of invoice receipt.
  • Once I receive your payment, I will ship your order within three business days. Exceptions to this shipping time frame may arise depending on the complexity of custom orders and the availability of products. Customer notifications to exceptions will be communicated before invoice.
If I know you personally or you are purchasing locally, I accept cash, check or money order. For all other orders, I only accept PayPal payments at this time; if you have extenuating circumstances that would prevent you from this payment option, please contact me.

Once you’ve communicated your order and your PayPal email address, I will send you a PayPal invoice. Payment is expected within 48 hours of invoice receipt. Your item(s) will be shipped no later than three days after your payment is received. If you have questions about your invoice, please let me know immediately.

Shipping and Handling
All items will be shipped via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours of mailing. Items are packaged in a delicate organza bag and shipped in a bubble wrap mailer. At this time, I do not ship internationally.

                    $0.50 for each additional item or set

Refunds and Exchanges
Each piece is unique and slight variations in designs are to be expected. Because my goal is excellent customer service, if your order fails to please you, please contact me within seven days of item receipt so that we may work together to remedy the situation. I do not refund original shipping costs or pay for return shipping at this time. If we negotiate a return or exchange, once I receive your returned items, your new items will be shipped within three business days.
